Who We Are

Atomic Energy Regulatory Authority (AERA) is a government institution established through the Atomic Energy Act No. 16 of 2011, with the responsibility to administer the provisions of the Act to ensure adequate to protection of the people and the environment in present and future generations against the harmful effects of ionizing radiation without unduly limiting the benefits of the use of nuclear technology
